ROG Phone 3 is an impressive piece of technology that offers a powerful chip, a huge screen and a gamera aesthetics, which some may consider kitsch, but we are sure that it will find its audience.
Your phone strives to be the center of your personal entertainment – not just for gaming, but for any kind of media consumption. Its display is large and the speakers are loud, so it works just as well when watching movies.
Asus was quite clear that it wanted this device to be ready for the future. Not only does it offer great specifications that will last for several years before being considered “obsolete”, but it also has a sophisticated “battery health” system that ensures that the juice in the phone lasts as long as possible.
The possibilities of using the Asusu ROG Phone 3 are further expanded by the support of many accessories, such as keyboard and mouse connections, a proprietary gamepad and even an ethernet port adapter. ROG Phone 3 is compatible with all the latest generation accessories and has almost the same shape and dimensions as its predecessor.

Asus ROG Phone 3 :- Design and display
If you come across a ROG Phone II, ROG Phone 3 will be very familiar to you. It has the same size and shape. The back of this model is made of glossy glass and has two stereo speakers. Probably none of us are fans of smudges of fingerprints, but compared to the matte back surface on its predecessor, it holds a little better in the hand.
In addition, the glass back panel reveals the phone’s heatsink and features the ROG logo with RGB lighting, which you can customize in many different ways – from colors to strobe modes and even sync with your other RGB hardware.
As for the display, it is an OLED panel that supports a refresh rate of up to 144 Hz. Yes, it’s an amazing technological achievement, even though we feel it’s a bit exaggerated. Let’s admit one thing – perhaps no one will know the difference between 120 Hz and 144 Hz, especially on the phone.
Asus ROG Phone 3 :- Camera
No one expects a “gaming smartphone” to put more emphasis on camera performance, do they? However, this is an area where ROG Phone 3 is a pleasant surprise!
The main camera has 64 MP – but by default it is set to take 16MP photos. This is because the phone uses so-called “pixel binning” to group pixels into clusters of 4, each a cluster of 1.6 μm in size. Simply put – 1.6 μm is a fairly large pixel in the ground of camera sensors on smartphones. The purpose of a large pixel is to collect more light, which will give you less noise, better detail, faster shutter speeds, and generally clearer photos.
There is also an ultra-wide 13MP sensor on the back, which also produces quite satisfactory results.
Then there is a 24 MP selfie camera on the front, which provides sharp images with accurate colors.
ROG Phone 3 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ processor and is thus easily the fastest running android of 2020. There is no application or game that would surprise the device, and it is also worth noting that you will not experience connection problems with this phone.
Asus ROG Phone 3 :- Battery
The latest model from Asus has a massive battery with a capacity of 6,000 mAh – this is more than offered by some power banks from local stores. Of course, it all depends on how much you want to play on the device.
There are also features to help you keep your phone battery healthy for longer. For example, you can choose to limit your phone’s charging to 80% or 90%. Keeping the battery out of the 100 percent level will slow down the degrading process and thus improve the life.
